You are not alone, sister. Okay. Raise your hand if your period has ever caught you off guard. Raise your hand if you've experienced period cramps that have ruined your day. Raise your hand if you have no clue. The real solution to your body changing because of your hormones. Okay, you are not alone, sister.

Women's health is an issue. And it is a topic that should be talked about, but all of these scenes can feel isolating, right? Especially when you feel like you can't talk about your experiences, but not anymore. Okay? It is time to reinvent your hormone story. And in today's episode, I brought on the perfect person who better to have a chat about your period bloating, cramp.

Low libido, low energy, brain fog, vaginal dryness. Yes, I did just say vaginal dryness on the Hey. Hey, Emmy Show podcast. Who better to bring on to have a girlfriend chat than my best friend? Jesse Melcher. Jesse is a Christian mentor, a boutique manager, and a social selling expert who takes a faith-filled approach to building business and family.

Today we are talking about one of the new products that are changing women's lives everywhere that we are both an affiliate for in the wellness company that we partner with. And so I'm unable to take this product because I'm pregnant. I want you to hear the results that she's getting and just a candid talk.

So let's get into the episode.

Hey, hey, it's your girl, Emmy Cornwell, Instagram biz coach and social selling expert. Welcome to the Hey, hey, Emmy show. This is a podcast where we talk about all things that will be helpful for you and your. Everything from Instagram tips and tricks to health hacks to relationships, and definitely some Jesus, basically everything in between Proverbs 31 and Tupac.

I am so excited to party with you in each and every episode because ain't no party like a Hey, hey Emmy party. Can I get. All right, let's get into it, sister.

Hey. Hey. What's going on? How are you, sister? Girl. Welcome back to the Hey, hey, Emmy Show podcast. Okay. This month, the month of March two. Really, really, and I'm talking really big things are happening. Okay? Number one, I'm giving birth. I am birthing my first child here on Earth. I cannot. I do not know when he will come, but he's coming in March.

Okay. I just know it. That's huge, huge, huge deal. Here's the second thing, and this is why I'm, and I'm gonna share with you why I'm sharing. The second thing, the wellness company that I'm partnered with that does the liquid collagen, and I've done a series A three part miniseries on Bio cell and on collagen and all the alternatives, which that series you loved, right?

Well, I decided because in March we are launch. First to market world changing, gonna change your life, especially if you're a woman listening to this, which I'm guessing you are in regards to your health, your hormones, either your menstrual cycle, menopausal, the symptoms that you're experiencing. Honestly, we would have to do a whole new podcast episode just to talk about that exact.

But in the month of March, I'm gonna be interviewing some of the product testers and I can't do it cause I'm pregnant. Okay. So otherwise I would've been on this product like two weeks ago when we had access to it. But who better to come on the show than one of your favorites? Obviously one of my favorites.

My best friend Jesse Melcher. I'm so excited to have her. We're gonna talk all things about this product, about um, honestly just having fun in our business. And getting paid to do it and having a product attachment. There's so many things we're gonna talk about. So, Jesse, welcome to the show. Hey, it's so good to be back.

I mean, I think this is appropriate to have my best friend because this is a conversation that we're gonna have that a lot of times is very taboo. Mm-hmm. , or we don't hear about like, but you talk about. Maybe you even don't. That's how taboo could be in your life. Yeah. Have any type of woman's health hormone issue talk like about your period about low libido, I mean vaginal dryness, like all this stuff that's coming down the pipe later in menopause for us?

Yeah. Why wouldn't you wanna do it with your best friend? Well, you know, it's the best time to have the conversation because, what I find is that after having a baby, your hormones are even more wild. I've had four babies and I thought I was feeling like pretty hot to trot the last few years.

But incorporating this new product that we're launching, I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, . Okay. I'm so excited to get into this because you, your glow. Over the last three and a half, almost four years is undeniable. And Tracy was hot before. She was a hot commodity, right? You remember? She's a young buck, even though she's not, but people always think she's like 18.

Okay. The last three and a half, four years though, the changes with taking the liquid bio cell, adding the collagen into your routine and nutrition adding. This massive, very helpful product with gut health. Mm-hmm. , I know has been amazing and your just inflammation has gone down. I also am privy to sometimes some fun conversations between her and her husband, and so I, I'm actually excited.

Maybe we need AJ on this time. I know. Maybe I'll have make a cameo  because low libido is one of 'em. Or I'm not saying you have it, have that, but. Energy and there's, I have had it, I definitely have had low libido. And that is one major one that's shifting. Let me set this conversation up before we dive in though.

Okay, good. Because I want to be totally transparent and honest with you guys. I have been sharing my health journey online for almost eight years. I've shared it like through my babies I've never addressed, like your first period after you've had a baby, the real up and down hormonal journey of having babies and and then recovering from that and then go moving on with your life  and getting older, you know?

And so I've never talked about that. And quite frankly, I. I had a lot of personal denial around even acknowledging my cycle. They were months up until recently that I would run out of like tampons and pads. My husband would have to go get 'em for me. And he'd be like, why do you run out of these?

You have your period every month. It's coming and it is just like, I just don't love. Talking about it. I don't love acknowledging it. I don't want it to be an excuse. And so I would do what I always do and I would perform like through that, those struggles and. I've had a pretty normal cycle my whole life.

There were a few different times where I was like literally bedridden or like needed to be in the bathtub or whatever. Both of those times I often wonder if I miscarried. If I had a, if there's a little baby in heaven waiting for me, because I don't have those extreme physical ailments.

What I was having though was up until recently was a very significant drop in my mood where I would just be, Not myself and my husband and even my kids , were starting to really notice when I would be starting my period before I was, because I was so in denial about this conversation, about this thing.

And so w as we're diving into this, I just really, I'm really proud to be a part of a company that is starting the conversation. Not only just starting it, but creating solutions around it. Because this is not something that I enjoy talking about, and I've been sharing my journey for eight years. And so part of being an entrepreneur and part of being a content creator is really just getting, it's like more layers of vulnerability.

How much are you willing to share? In order to grow your business. I'm not saying like, let's let, let's like blow out all the dirty laundry. That's not what I'm saying. My Instagram is about 10% of my actual life. Okay, we need a, that's a different episode. But what I mean is if you are trying to show up in your business, And you're just unwilling to be honest about your own struggles or your own journey.

It's gonna be so hard for people to relate to you and to connect to you and the psychology of sales. It's like you must be able to meet somebody in their hardest part. And so that means that you have to get real with your hardest struggle so that you. Move forward and overcome it and then be a hope for somebody else.

So I'm just really excited that our company has started this conversation because nobody will touch this. Like nobody will touch this. It's taboo. It's too messy. Us ladies like our, cuz we're all so different. We're not all in one category or one, like my cycle's 32 days long. Like most women's cycles are 20.

That's one. That's messy. I think before getting pregnant, I was like 23, 24. Wow. Yeah. That's short. Short. Now, when I was on birth control mm-hmm.  from, so I got on birth control when I was 16. I was actually pregnant, but I didn't know it. Mm. I'd gone to Planned Parenthood and.  They did the blood a urine test.

Mm-hmm. . But when you're pregnant and you do a urine test and it's within the first couple days, you may not, it may not register that you're pregnant. Right. So I got on birth control for the first time ever without my mom knowing what with my high school boyfriend. And they said, you may not have your cycle, your period for a month or so.

So I thought it was just normal. Yeah. Well, it ended up I was pregnant. , but I was on birth control probably until, gosh, I think it's been over 10 years since I haven't been on birth control. Definite, definitely at least 10 years. Mm-hmm. . So let's just say I'm 39. That was 2029 and I was on birth control for a good 10 years, which is not even as, there's people who are been on it longer.

Yeah. And I had a quote unquote regular cycle, and I I had better ac control of my acne and all of these things I. , potentially we are just putting Band-Aids on, which probably is also another episode for another time. Right.  Yeah. You just didn't have these types of conversations.

Mm-hmm.  And I'm, I am excited to be a part of, even though I can't physically test the product right now. Mm-hmm. , I also am excited because of what you said, like hormones are for every phase of life. Mm-hmm.  and hormones aren't just your menstrual cycle. They're I got covid lost my. Why do you think that is?

Well, disease in our body affects our hormones, especially thyroid, which is the regulator of all hormones. Serotonin. Oxytocin, right? I'm talking about a lot of oxytocin right now as I'm getting ready to prepare birth. You know what helps with oxytocin? Some nipple stimulation. Can I get amen? Woo. Heck yeah.

Yeah. My midwife said to watch a comedy, but Right. Those are all hormones, right? That are affected. And so I'm excited to be a conversation. What I'm also excited about, and I know that you love, I love Osmond too, but I feel like you have a bigger girl crush on her. . Totally maybe people are like wondering, okay, Emmy, Jesse, I love you guys and thank you so much for the business tips.

Those sales tips were great. They're very relevant, but why are you guys talking about this? Maybe share. This really started with Osma and it started with her inventing bio cell. Yeah. And forming that, which is the liquid collagen. Yeah. Well, I think the reason why we should be discussing it is, There is new, more new and new information coming out about all the root causes of ovarian cancer and breast cancer.

And all of that is linked to synthetic hormones and  like birth control. And and so I think part of why we should have this conversation is we need to one, stop acting like this doesn't affect our life every. That was a big realization for me was like, I'm listening to our company launch, like pitch this to us, like this is what's coming.

And I'm literally looking at my husband and I'm like, did you just hear Jess and Sarah say vaginal dryness? Did I just hear that on a actual call? And and in AJ was like, well, I mean it's real and I'm just. He's right. Like, why am I acting like this is not real? And I, I think that it's another testament to osma just not taking she's not, she's just unwilling to settle for.

It's always been this. And that goes in every aspect  of our company down to the business model, social, retail completely revolutionized direct sales. If you're in direct sales right now and you're listening or, and you're and you're like, or. Our company has an affiliate code now and our company.

Ha. Yeah. Because of us . Like , you're welcome, . But like that because this is, we take a concept and we disrupt the industry. And when you disrupt something it means that everybody else is gonna be chasing it. And so while I'm really excited that more companies are coming out with affiliate, They are revamping their compensation plan so that there's dual sides.

They're making sure that there's a place for people to win. And so since me and Emmy converse and chat with many people across the industry, not just people in our teams, we know that there's change happening within indirect sales. But let's be clear, social retail will always be the o.

and you're gonna continue to see that happen throughout our company in years to come because of our c e o, because of Osma, because of her vision, liquid Bio cell completely changed the collagen industry. Not just indirect sales, but all. The entire industry. You're, you now, you see we've been going viral for the last three years since basically Covid and a little bit before Covid.

And, but then like really into covid and beyond our liquid collagen in our Revolutionary weight management product trim we com. We completely change the game on delivery system, on absorption, on science on everything at the whole makeup of liquid Bio Cell is unlike any other collagen in the world, and it will never be duplicated because of the advanced patents that we have on it.

But now what do you see? You see?  TikTok has the, like different TikTok people will share quote unquote liquid collagen, which is actually just powder mixed in water. So it's actually not liquid cracks me up that people think that's the same cause most people don't know, like the average, right?

No. Right. The fit. Like some of the gals that I go to fitness studio with, one of 'em finally was like, okay, I mean, what are you taking? I need. But then she's like, oh, but I gotta finish that stuff from Costco first. Yeah. Yeah. That's about like why they don't understand, they don't get it. Yeah.

When you put a powder in a liquid it doesn't make it a liquid . Well, you need go back and listen, cuz I talked about this in the three part mini-series. I forget what episode number it, it is. It's called a booster I think. Or oh, Alexa. Is it an Alexa? There's a term for it. When they take the powder and put it in liquid.

Yes, you're consuming liquid, but the average consumer, maybe this is you. So like no shade. I had to learn this stuff too. I probably wouldn't know what I would know since I've learned. Yeah. But the delivery system that Jesse's talking about, our body actually can't absorb those cells. Cause the suc or the, what do you call it?

Absorption. Well, because the molecules are too big. Yeah, right, and so our collagen is called Bio Cell because it is literally the exact molecular weight for your body to absorb it.  and immediately it, literally you drink it and your body's oh this is mine. Like I, this is exact replica of our body.

Like I'm just gonna take this and utilize it and create more collagen. And it trained your body to even create collagen on its own, which is absolutely incredible. So there's a lot of, I could totally geek out on the science behind it, but if you're in direct sales and you've had a collagen launch in the last three, You're welcome.

That was because of us , um, because we have disrupted the industry. And so that's what's gonna happen with this women's health product. You're going to see companies start. Trying to produce something that is like this, but this is patent pending, so it won't be able, you won't be able to find this product anywhere.

But within our company, um, Osmond's always really good about protecting her, um, intellectual property and protecting us and our business so that we have the authentic product, um, that people can make a living out of. So she's very good about. . Um, we launched a product that, um, was first in the world for gut health and, um, and now what do you see?

You see so many people talking about gut health. Like, like we set the trends and I'm don't, I'm not saying this to be like pompous. This is just, I'm very keyed in on our industry and I'm very keyed in on like topics of conversation. And I'm telling you, we are always just a little bit. And so, and Jesse does, Jesse doesn't do hype either, so, oh, no.

Like this is not, I was watching someone's story today who got actually a former business coach of mine, Angie Lee, who got some DM today about someone saying, I can help you make six to seven figures slinging oil. Oh, good. Oils. Oils. And so then Angie went on a comedic.  and was like, oh my gosh, this is the opportunity of a lifetime.

Now. She went on the rant of more of like, let's be honest and transparent about actually your sales versus your income. Mm-hmm.  and things like that, which is again, that the average person would not know if you say like you're in the million dollar club, right? That's your organization sold a million. Do like a million dollars worth of product moved through your organization, you're not a millionaire.

With that amount of money in the bank. Now you could be, but like again, the average person doesn't know. So like, stop inflating results, stop manipulating your marketing. And Jesse is not that person. So when she says this stuff like you, you believe it. You better believe it cuz it's true. Cuz we we're not about that type.

We, I mean, you guys know I'm, I'm not about that either, but Yeah. Well, it's just, it. Hype will never ever give you what you're actually looking for. It might give you the like, Motivational, quote unquote, feeling hype is a lot like that motivational feeling, that entre, I feel like entrepreneurs are constantly searching for, or they're constantly searching for the right feeling to work in their business.

And that's how hype is. And that's why I don't love hype because it's a counterfeit of hope and it's a counterfeit  of, authentic. Results. And so when I see something like this, I'm like, you guys, this new women's product is gonna be just like bio sell. It's gonna be just like our model. We are setting a new trend and we're starting a new conversation.

And it will only be a matter of time before we start seeing other companies do that, which is great. However, we, that means that we have to be really. Excited in an authentic way about what we have and we need to be having the conversations with strength, which is what I had to kind of teach myself during our launch period.

I was like, Jessie, you're gonna go live and you're gonna talk about your period . And and that was very difficult for me, but it was so healing at the same time and I was even like, I'm so grateful. Started this conversation even for myself, because even for me, it's healing. Like even for me to be more open about it is changing in me and it's helping me become more, even more intuitive about my body because of course now I'm hyper aware of my body because I wanted to make sure.

I was sensing like what the results were. So I tracked my cycle cuz we've known this product is coming. So I've been tracking how I've been feeling up until I started taking it. And and then when I started taking it, I was like, oh, it'll probably take like a full month for me to notice anything. And I was literally shocked at how quickly, I mean, I knew I was gonna see results.

I knew I was gonna feel. But I was shocked at how fast I sought results and felt results. The P 23 product isn't for the menstrual cycle anyway is built in three formulas so that, cuz you have three phases Yeah. Of your cycle, the three different phases and maybe some things that you are experiencing in the short time that you've been taking.

Okay, so you start it when you start your period and the first formula is for your period and it's only four days. And I was like four days. I'm usually bleeding for like seven and sometimes longer. And so I was like, okay, well  four days and I kid you not, I bled for four days and then I lightly spotted on the fifth day and then that was.

And I was like, and even my husband, cuz when you're on your period, that like stops all production for a little while and AJ was like, are you done already? ? I was like, yeah, I'm. I'm telling you AJ loves his wife. Okay.  you done? He loves hims and Jesse. Oh my gosh. Yes he does. Bless. And then the second phase is the, and I apologize if I say them wrong cuz I, I didn't learn this in hell class.

But the second phase is the follicular stage or the fol f I think it's foll, foic, follicular, follicular. I had it down earlier.  the f1 And that is the what? The f1? Yeah, the F1  that's formula two. And your your egg is maturing. Basically. You're about to get your egg is maturing and you're gonna be ovulating.

Well, I usually have a lot of pain when I'm ovulating and I just, I can feel, it's like I can feel my egg drop and I had never happened before kids, but after I had my. It was like every month I was like, oh my God. And I didn't even notice it this month and my mood was a lot stable. Everything was just more.

Less bumpy, if that makes sense. Like my mind, my brain fog, I was less tired. Now I've been intermittently sleeping for other reasons that are more like God's doing stuff. But overall I've been like, when I am sleeping and not dreaming like crazy my sleep is very hard, like very, like I am like out, and that's not normal for me either.

I'm usually very light sleeper. It usually takes me a long time to go to. Have not been seen that. And then today I just started the third phase, which is the, I don't remember now. It starts with an L, the lal. Yeah, that's what it is. The lu, the lal phase. This is why, and this is basically preparing you for urine X period.

Yeah. Yeah. So you start and how many days is Formula three? It's 13 days. It's so interesting too, if you do some research, which Jesse and I have been doing we're not medical people, right? We're not doctors, we're not naturopaths, we're not OB GYNs, we're not whatever. But if you do the research, there's so many things that you should be syncing with your cycle, like your workouts, like you're eating like your work schedule.

If it allows if you're an entrepreneur and you're allowed to design your. And design your schedule, right? There's so many different things, which is really cool, and I have been trying to get into before even this product came out, but I'm just happy to know that when I do get to take it, it's there for me because I'm not unaware of the things that can happen after pregnancy.

I'm not unaware of postpartum. I'm not unaware. Potential the blues and things like that. But I am also someone who's going to prepare for those types of situations to mitigate yeah, that's one of the reasons why health, like health has always been an important part of my life and a core value of my life.

That's why I'm wearing compression socks right now. That's why I go to the acupuncturist and chiropractor. That's why I'm moving my body and working out before birth, like I'm preparing myself for different situ.  and supplementation has always been part of my routine in any health goal that I'm wanting.

Whether that's weight loss, whether that is better gut health and better movement in the bowels. Okay, well this is just another thing that is ultimately gonna affect all of that. If you have weight loss plateau, most likely, and you've done all the things you've done Weight Watchers, you've done Nutrisystem, you all the things I've did 'em before.

but you haven't addressed your hormones. This could be something, again, like I said, that changes your life. Yeah. And so I get to have, and we are seeing that in some of our other product testers that like their body fat's going down, that they have less cravings, that they're less bloated. I definitely feel like.

Trimmed out and I've stayed trimmed out even though I haven't like incorporated gym again, like I haven't like been working out at all. We, me and my family went through a pretty stressful year end last year and my body went through a lot and I haven't really my weight is healthy, but I haven't quote unquote gained my weight.

And I've literally am like why and age? And my husband, because my husband is more in tune with my body,  and and me than sometimes I feel I am. And I know that's not a very, like a common thing in marriages, but what I want to encourage you, That it is okay to take the time to figure it out. I think like Emmy has a lot of wisdom with that preparation time.

A lot of us do not prepare. For big life events. We don't prepare for menopause. We don't prepare for childbirth in, in recovery. We don't prepare for the, for these things because there's hardly any content or conversations around them. And so this is an opportunity for you if you're, if you are in your twenties and thirties, this is a great time for you to actually prepare for menopause because one day you will go.

One day that day will arrive and you can either be empowered with knowledge and empowered with solutions, or you can feel like you got totally sideswiped as if you would never age . And and so that's been the realization for me is like I can either continue to act as. This doesn't really affect me, even though it has affected me since I was 14 years old when I got my very first period in ballet class.

Or I can be proactive.  and prepare my body to go through another significant change. Menopause is a significant shift in every woman's life, much like child rearing. It's a significant biological, psychological, all of it. It's a huge shift, and the fact that we just don't really have content around it shows Shows like the stigma around it.

And it's so interesting cuz last year I started digging into women's health because I was noticing that a lot of what I was reading all of the old time, like peer articles would be medicine practice on men and then like, and. Like, oh, we're calling it women's health because like, this is just, now it's a woman.

Like now we're doing the same thing, but for the woman. But there's really no data. There's no data on how women respond to medical procedures differently than men. There should be. But there's not, there's really not a lot of data on women's health, and I'm really excited that we're taking the initiative.

To move forward and start conversations that really help women empower their future decisions instead of just I think there's a lot of victim mentality that comes with being taught to ignore your problems, being taught to ignore your physical ailments, and being taught to be quiet and being taught to just deal with it.

There, there becomes a victimized mindset of. Of like, woe is me and oh, it sucks being a woman. I can't handle it. Ugh. Every month, blah. And we could either sit in that and agree with that kind of culture or we can get we can get knowledge and solutions and become empowered through them and make that experience more positive.

Yeah. So good. And do something different. Right. And just. Our physical health that we're talking about really too. You know, I'm all about making that money, honey. Like similar types of taboo nest come around women and money. Mm-hmm.  and finances and just, oh, this is how it's gonna be. And so on the business side of, I mean on the health side, I'm so, so excited.

But on the business side, to have a product made by a woman, Who already had a billion dollar launch with bio sell and billion dollar just the liquid collagen right, is just a game changer to know that this is the time when someone who does need more money, when someone who wants to contribute to their household financially with someone who honestly like some of our favorite people to work.

In social retail, our people who are having fun, cuz if you're having fun, you're not doing it right. But who are excited to create content to start conversations that have impact. Jesse and I believe that we are put on this earth for a bigger purpose than just to get up, go to work, pay bills, take care of our kids.

Now first and foremost we do, I would say agree on this, that our family is our first ministry. We do business for marketplace ministry because we know that there's an impact and a legacy that we can help people leave in their own families. And I'm sorry, but you need money to do that. So why not partner with a company who is going to help you essentially, if you are having fun, if you're coachable, if you wanna like be girlfriends with us and like make reels about tampons and I mean, it's more than that, right?

It's so much. Yeah, but you gotta have. Yes. Like this is your time. This is the now to grab a hold of, and we would love to partner with you. I mean, those are the type of people that we're looking for. Mm-hmm. , wouldn't you say? Yeah, I'm definitely looking for people who are excited about the future.

The people that grow through hard stuff, you know, our economic climate is not fantastic. Our our social climate is not fantastic in our country. There's a lot of struggles right now, and people are feeling them financially and also emotionally, and I'm really looking for the people who are seeing opportunity in that and not, like, not depressed by that, but more.

Gosh, what is God going to do post this time? Because there is always so much victory through adversity, and so I'm truly, I'm looking for people who want to make money. Who want to have a different story in five years, who have long game vision, who are excited about social media, and they're excited about creating content and they're excited about adding value to people's lives and being paid to do that.

That is absolutely like the culture of our team. That is the culture of our company. We are looking for the people who want to make waves. Yeah. Because at the end of the day, your art. If you're, if you vibe and jive and align with Jesse and I, we've talked about today in this episode as we're wrapping up, how we essentially have just been sharing our lives on social media for years and years.

Right? And at first, maybe there wasn't a financial gain for us, right? But if you are just someone who naturally is sharing and taking people on the. Well, guess what? There's a way you would get paid to do it. And that's what I teach my private clients, right? Like right now, if you go to emmy cornwell.com, which you should, I just got a new website.

Go check it out. Tell me what you think. Shout out to Courtney. My friend who helped me with my website. You go to Emmy cornwell.com. You can pick up my latest freebie to help you build a personal brand from scratch and get paid doing it. Essentially what we talked about. Yes, the importance of this new product, which you need to get your hands on.

You can just actually swipe. Right now, and the link is in the show notes. And you can get it pre-ordered until March 10th. Add a discount and you can get it before anyone else can get their hands on it. Like you don't have to wait till your next period, get the product now, , no more cramps. All those things, right?

This is what we're doing. We're normally involved with health, we're sharing it.  and we get a check to do it. Right. We get commission. Mm-hmm.  and so many people talk about how commission is better than a salary, especially in the entrepreneur world. I've been listening to some, some podcasts that've been talking about that even more so, even though that's not a new concept and that's so true.

And so we would love to pursue a conversation with you if that's something that you are interested in. So here's what I want you to do. I want you to take a screenshot of this. And I want you to share it in your Instagram or Facebook stories Instagram's better. If you are in network marketing space, you still need to be building on Facebook.

It is your warm market. It's still a very viable place to, to build  your direct sales business. But tag Jesse, Jesse dot Melcher, right? Yep. Okay. So tag Jesse, jesse dot melcher, and then tag me. Of course. The, Hey, hey. Tell us what your biggest takeaway was. Tell us if you're like, sup if you, maybe you've already tried this product, right?

Or, and maybe you're someone who, or has whatever it is we wanna hear from you. We wanna continue the conversation. Yeah, of course. If you wanna make money, honey, you know where to find both of us, right? You can reach out to us on Instagram. But Jess, this has been. Thanks for having me. I love you.

I really have more to come. You and you and AJ need to do an episode. Jesse has a podcast too. I'll link all the ways too that you can stay connected with her and listen to her podcast called The Leadership Podcast. You should do an episode with aj. I should. I've been thinking about it. I think he just, I think, I mean, I love aj I AJ's I love aj.

We call him Yo. . He has such a good commentary. He's very wise and he's actually very hilarious. But he is like super dry humor, but you will think he's funny. Mm-hmm. . And, I would love to have Scott on the podcast, but he, there's no way I need to have AJ on the podcast because he's really the how behind Jesse, the Jesse Melcher brand.

And he doesn't get enough credit. For all that goes into our life , because he's kind of a silent bedrock and, but he is literally the how, like he is the how behind Jesse managing a full-time boutique and having four children and running a big business and running a podcast and doing like everything that God is calling me to do.

He's a huge reason of like, how. Done every day. Hey, here's your home. Here's your homework. Giving you homework. You need to do a poll in your Instagram stories. Mm-hmm. , if you should have AJ on the episode, on the podcast, I know I already know the answer, but it'd be really great engagement. Yeah. And it would be good social proof to be like, see AJ.

People wanna hear from you. People wanna hear from, yeah. See, he thinks nobody's here for me. They're just here for you. And I'm like, no, but , that's not true. They're here for us. Like they're here for both of it. Like let's do it. Yeah. So good. Yeah. Okay. Well make sure you go connect with Jesse and I on Instagram and swipe up for any show notes.

I'm sure Jesse will be back on the episode on the podcast at some point. So yeah, all. Love you guys. See you on the next episode.
