Hormone Balance and Women's Health: Insights from a Wellness Mentor and Former RN, Shan Wright

Emmy Cornwell, Shan Wright Season 3 Episode 108

Today, we are joined by Shan Wright, former RN turned wellness mentor about hormone balance and woman’s health. We share the potential health risks associated with hormone imbalances and how Shan has been able to resolve some of her imbalances with a new women’s health product. The company she has partnered with aims to offer affordable solutions to women's health problems while bringing quality products to market.

Shan shares her journey to whole-body wellness and how God reminded her of her dream of being a stay-at-home mom. After leaving her career as a nurse, Shan had to create a new identity for herself. This led to discovering a product that helps weight loss and eventually to supporting her hormones. When she started with the product she didn’t expect it to be a business venture. But has allowed her to build a lifestyle she enjoys.

This new product helps with mental clarity, thyroid health, iron absorption, blood flow, liver health, energy levels, clear skin, mild bloating, and libido. Shan's results with this product include an increase in libido, decreased cramps, and lowered menstrual flow. Despite being taboo, it has opened up a discussion about hormones and sex.

Are you ready to balance your hormones and live a happy, healthy life? Let's talk about how hormones affect women's lives in all aspects. It is necessary to have uncomfortable conversations.

Women should be concerned about their hormones because hormones play a vital role in their overall health and wellbeing. Hormones are chemical messengers that regulate various functions in our bodies as women, including reproductive health, metabolism, mood, and bone density. Okay. Imbalances and hormone levels can lead to a variety of health issues for women, including irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, weight gain, mood disorders, hot flashes, low libido, and osteoporosis.

Hormone imbalances can also increase the risk of developing certain health conditions such as P C O S, endometriosis and breast cancer. Okay. So you need to be concerned in monitoring your hormone levels, and that is exactly why I have a very special guest on the podcast episode. Today we are talking about, not only are we talking about the new women's health product that just launched, that is gonna help with, you know, no medical claims.

It's gonna help with all of what I just listed potentially. You're gonna hear from someone who's in the medical field, cuz you know I'm not right. So I brought on my friend, my really good friend Shannon Wright. She's a courageous woman of God. She's married to the love of her life for 12 years and blessed with four kids all from the ages.

Ranging 10 to three. They live in Indiana together. She's actually a former rn, but now she's an entrepreneur encouraging others to pursue whole body wellness. And peace. And I don't know about you, but I want peace with my period. I want peace with anything that hormones are related to, which is our whole body.

So this episode is so, so good. You're gonna hear so much wisdom, so many nuggets, her results with the new product. So let's not wait any longer. Let's hop into the episode.

Hey, hey, it's your girl, Emmy Cornwell, Instagram biz coach and social selling expert. Welcome to the Hey, hey, Emmy Show. This is a podcast where we talk about all things that will be helpful for you and your business. Everything from Instagram tips and tricks to health hacks to relationships, and definitely some Jesus.

Basically everything in between Proverbs 31. And Tupac. I am so excited to party with you in each and every episode because ain't no party like a Hey, hey Emmy party. Can I get Amen. All right, let's get into it, sister.

Hey. Hey. What's going on, sister? Girl, how are you? Okay. I am so excited. Today is a very, very special. Welcome back to the Hey, hey, Emmy Show podcast, all things. Proverbs 31 to Tupac. Here is why I named the show. That is because, yes, I love business. Yes, I love marketing. Yes, I love Instagram. Yes, I love social media.

I love all of those types of things. But if you've been around the episodes and the podcast long enough, you know that there are other parts of your life as an entrepreneur, as a business owner, that you cannot just forget. Okay. Your health is one of them, and that is one of the reasons why I have a lot of episodes, and especially in this month of March as we have launched a new women's health product to help you with your hormones.

With the wellness company that I'm partnered with as an affiliate, we are gonna talk about health because as an entrepreneur, if you are not the healthiest, If you are not taking care of your health, your health is your wealth, then you're gonna be broke as a joke, okay? And you can take all of that to the bank.

Let's see how many money references I can make. Here is why today is also special. I'm doing interviews with some of my friends who have tried the product. I am not on the product probably by the time you hear this episode. Hopefully, God willing, let's cross our fingers. Cross our legs. Well, I'm not going to, cuz I wanna be having this baby boy.

So I brought on one of my really, really great friends and she's become a new friend and also very loyal. Listen, like honestly, I would probably expect that she is my number one listener. Okay. And I love that. I'm like, this is amazing. And that has actually brought us closer together. Cause when I say, and I'm gonna stop talking here in a second and introduce her when I say like, let's continue the conversation on Instagram.

I'm not joking. Like I for sure am serious. About getting to know you better, and Shannon and I have done that and so I'm so excited to have my friend Jan Wright, former RN turned wellness mentor. She's the perfect person to be interviewing and having on the show. It's gonna be fun. Welcome. Thank you, Emmy.

I'm so excited. That's hilarious. I did not know I was such a loyal listener. Um, I, it's like turned into an easy habit when I go to go get ready for the day. I put you on, put your episode on.  and it's the perfect time limit for when I'm getting ready and doing my hair and my makeup and all that stuff. So it's like I start it when I start and then it, it's over when I'm done and we're good to go.

Oh my gosh. I love that. So if my, if I have a longer episode, you're probably like Emmy, you're gonna make  that that has happened. I'm not gonna lie, but I also just continue in the car . Oh my gosh. I love that. Okay, here's my question before we kind of hop. The wellness, the women's wellness product. And gosh, I love that your, your expertise in the medical field is really gonna bring a lot of depth to this conversation as well, because we know that, we know that Emmy is not a doctor, a nurse, a medical practitioner, anyone who should be giving medical advice, and we are not making any medical claims here.

But I am someone who, like I said, has been around the block with wellness. But here's my question for you, because you, we met in person for the first time.  in November in Dominican Republic in a, an incentive trip that we both had earned with this wellness company that we're with. And you came up and, and introduced yourself?

Talk to me. Here's the question. Cause I want people to know this, that are listening. Yeah. Was I the same online as I was in person?  Did that match up? Of course, of course it did. And I knew you would be, and actually the, the friend I was with, who's also a business partner she's like, you are so bold just to go up to people that you know, that you don't really know.

And I'm like, well, I feel like I know her. , I'm supposed to, it'll be rude to just walk past your. Yes. I love that. Okay. Good. Peop. There you go. You heard it here first. We're gonna put that to rest. That's not even in question, honestly. It was a really people question. But why don't you share a little bit more about who you are, what you do and how you help people.

Obviously, give us the non boring, as you've heard, the non boring elevator pitch. Tell us who is Chan Wright and why should we listen to. Okay, well first off,  I have, since working partnering, I've actually worked a lot of my identity, which is really interesting, and so I always answer that question.

With, first off, I'm a woman of God and child of God, and that is who I am. And then he's blessed me with four beautiful children and a husband of 12 years and a nursing career that I loved. And then it led into being a stay-at-home mom, and now I get to marry the two of. Being a mom and a nurse and be a wellness mentor and just help people to pursue their whole body wellness.

Because I did learn way back in nursing school that you are a whole person and I believe there's like seven areas. So spiritual, mental, emotional. Social, physical, occupational, and financial and together, that makes your whole person and you can't leave any of those areas out. So I encourage moms particularly to really pursue those areas and to care well for their bodies.

So that is me in a nutshell. I love that. That's so good. And right on, on brand with what we talk about on the podcast, right? It's, it's your true identity. It's not walking in your true identity. Then yes, maybe you are making poor decisions that aren't leading to wellness in all seven of those areas that Chan shared.

Yeah. And so I'm curious cuz how long, when did you start? Did you, were you one of the unfortunate people that had to make a decision about their career in 2020 when the pandemic hit with your nursing career or? No. How did that transition? No, no. Actually I was a travel nurse and lived out in California and was a nurse there for five years and made very good income.

And so moving to, we are now in Indiana and moving here where the, in the cost of living is very drastically different. We were able to go to one income and I was able to be a stay-at-home mom and that was Actually a part of the identity thing. It took me a year to realize being a nurse is not my identity.

It's what I do, and it's a skill and ability that I've learned, but it's not my identity. So stepping back from that practice doesn't take away from who I am. And it took a year to really learn that and God to teach me that. And then he reminded, My dream when I was 17 was to be a stay-at-home mom and to be a mom.

And he is like, I'm handing you your dream. So I ended up being that for six years, having a bunch of babies and when the pandemic hit, I actually had just had my fourth baby. He's actually gonna be three in a few days. On the ninth. So that is what happened. And I was my whole story is that I just was looking to lose baby weight and I was, it always took a year for me to lose that baby weight.

Just with diet and exercise and just being a, you know, someone that,  loves healthy lifestyle and all of that, but it still took a year. And I, with the pandemic, I was like, I really would not like this to take a year, but I I don't really do anything else. But my best friend at the same time was introduced to this product and so she was like, there is this collagen that  is actually helps reduce your fat cells and builds your muscle and it does it the healthy way and it.

Science and research and clinical and all of that. So I looked into it, started that, and that led me to having a business, which was not something I was in. I just was not looking for adding something like that to my plate. Yeah. A lot of people aren't right for certain reasons, because even if you're listening to this and you're a current business owner, right?

Comfort is the enemy of progress. And without giving you some cheesy Pinterest Forbes quote of like, the average millionaire has seven income streams, even most business owners aren't looking to add on an additional income stream. And so it's so cool to hear your story of how you got into social retail, which is the model of affiliate marketing paired with direct sales that Shannon and I both do that then is attached to products, right?

So it's really cool. I don't have to like be cooking up. This like hormone product in my garage. Like breaking bad , no breaking bad scenarios here. Right, right. We don't have to produce that. Thank goodness we have. And you heard on the last episode more about Osma with Jesse. We have an amazing c e o who also formulates.

She's like, so ama, like intelligent, beautiful, kind, compassionate. A freaking scientist. . Yeah. Super cool. But it's really, you know, this was her dream. It was something she grew up in, in this industry with her parents. And so it's cool to hear how God sweetly reminded you of your dream mm-hmm.  and how that you were able to be obedient at some level.

Right. And to respond to his promptings and. And it started with collagen. So eight years ago is when Liquid bio Cell was pioneered. That's our award-winning multi patted liquid collagen that you hear me talk about that this show is quote unquote sponsored by, even though it's not sponsored, we don't have commercials, we don't have any of that, but we're doing it again with this women's health product and it's really, really exciting.

So it's not like you just stop taking your collagen and start taking this, this product. It's something that can, that can synergistically go with other wellness routine that you may have. So you've been taking, we just launched this for pre-order for you if you're listening, but as business partners and social marketers, we were able to try it first.

So how long have you been taking the new women's health product? I am on day 26, I believe. Okay. I just counted, which is really interesting cuz that means I should start my period tomorrow. Okay, so there's three formulas. Are you on the, so there's, there's two options. There's a menstrual option and there's a menopausal option.

I don't wanna assume, but are you on menstrual? Yes, I'm on the menstrual formula three because I'm on day 26, so I'm on the third. . Okay, perfect. So each formula is coincides with your cycle. So there's like the fo foal cycle. The gluteal cycle ovulation in your period, correct. Nurse. Mm-hmm. . Mm-hmm. , yes. You, yes.

You have your menstrual cycle and then your gluteal and follicular. Yeah. Okay, perfect. So this product is doing things like. . Helping women with their mental clarity, helping support their thyroid health, helping with their iron absorption, helping with their blood flow, their liver health energy levels, clear skin relieving, cramps, relieving mild bloating.

I'm just like, look, healthy. Libido. We talked a lot about that actually, with Jessie and her husband, . Oh, I got stories too. . Okay. Okay. See, I could list off all of these things. But I think it's better that we have Chan kind of share some of her experience because that's way more fun.

Right. So yeah. Share with us a little bit, like maybe what you experienced with your periods previous to taking this and then what has really been a big change for you. Yeah. So, and it, and. Coming. With this coming to us, this amazing product being presented to us, it, I was not one that was looking for something like this.

I wasn't in like, searching out something for my hormones. I have a pretty decent cycle at this point. I believe my, well, my two biggest. Symptoms of hor hormones, imbalance that I have would be mood swings and like irritability and low libido, and those are two that without something like this being presented to me and.

Having to educate myself on hormones and this product and what it does, I would've thought, well, mood swings is something that is just a female thing and you just have to deal with that. And low libido is also part of, like, I have mental issues. I probably need a lot of counseling. Like I just need to find what's wrong with me and there's something wrong with me that I don't want to.

Do that with my husband like, and so I always had this shame and this guilt since our oldest, oldest is actually turning 10 in two days. So since my oldest, oldest, so 10 years now, I've been searching for my libido  and didn't know that there was ever going to be an a, something I could take that could help me with that.

It was more, I really need sex counseling.  I, and I don't wanna pay for that, but husband, I don't know what else we're gonna do. , and I don't, I don't think you're alone, Scott and I. Yeah. Things that we talk about in counseling is our intimacy. Mm-hmm. . So you're not alone. Yeah. It's good. Yeah. Keep, yeah. And, and it is interesting because was actually in a MOPS group when my two oldest were young and.

It was 35, 40 women and me and one other girl were comfortable to share about our low libidos and to talk about sex. And she was in young living, so she provided us with some essential oils that were supposed to increase your libido. Definitely tried those and I would say they worked.  But.

We were the only two people that were comfortable talking about it. So then it turned into, we always talk about sex and it's like, no, I'm actually screaming for help here. Like, I need some help. But, so that was my, that's my main thing that I probably have been most excited about to experience with this product.

But, It as we talked about it and were like introduced to this, it had me going back in my hormone history and thinking, what have I struggled with and what have I just dealt with and what have  just wrote, written off as a female issue that I'm always gonna have to deal with until I enter the next phase.

And one of those was hormonal acne. And God reminded me of how. Much. It affected my self-esteem and self-confidence growing up. And I knew it was hormonal because I definitely tried birth control for a few months. I begged my mom, she let me get on it and I hated it. And it only lasted a few months and I was like, Nope, not doing that.

So I just suffered with the acne. We tried all the expand expensive skincare. We tried proactive.  I even asked her if I could Accutane, but she said no. Like I tried, I tried whatever I could and then was like, She said, Shannon, just wait. When you have sex, it'll go away. , wait till you, she said, wait till you get married, but when you have sex, it'll go away.

It's hormonal. And she was so right. So I really suffered through it. I just was like, hopefully I find a husband with all these blemishes on my face and . Sure enough I did, thank God. But Talking about it has brought that back up and those feelings to where I'm like, wow, I want to help girls in those situations, those teens, young adults, young moms even who are like breastfeeding and then coming off and then they break out and I want to tell them, there is something that can help you.

And so it's it's, that's not something I suffer with now. , I had scars, which collagen took care of the scarring, which was awesome. And now, I mean, I don't even get the like one or two during my period. So that, but that's part of what I'm sharing and what I have experienced in the past that I know, like I, I do see my skin even complexion during this month being clear and just, Even just improved the texture.

That's exciting to share as well. But I am, I'm really looking to help those girls in that situation that I was in. Gosh, I love that. Right? Yeah. Attaching a bigger purpose to and when I ask people on the show, it's for specific reasons. I sometimes do not know what that reason is, but I definitely follow promptings when I have people on the show.

and everyone that you have listened to over the last year or so has pretty much something else attached to why they're doing their business, why they're showing up and serving, why they're unapologetically selling their, their services and their products. And so I love hearing the why behind the bigger why, right behind.

Mm-hmm. , why this is a big conversation. And I'm gonna keep saying that, that this conversation, even just sitting here listening to you, I'm like, we need to talk more about this. This is stuff mm-hmm. , like, like you said at your MOPS group, I mean, God for like, God forbid we talk about sex, which God made. I know , if we can't talk about sex in church,  or in small groups in church or in any type of ministry format.

That's a, you know, where, where else are we gonna feel safe to talk about it? And our hormones lead to more than just the low libido. Our hormones lead to more than just some of these kind of hot topics. It's more than just vaginal dryness that goes away right here.  , but like, hello bonus. I mean, no one wants any of that down there.

So what has your husband said anything? Like, have your kids said anything? Because you said mood swings too. Yeah, I would say he is not said. He knows the whole. Or deal with it. He knows. I told him right away when I heard that was gonna be a positive effect. He is just like, is it here in the mail yet?

Have we received it and we've received it. But I told him he just needs to be a little bit patient. But I would say it's definitely working in that department, although, so Formula three. So you take Formula three day 17 to 32, but I mean, my cycle is usually just like 27 days. And then you start Formula One again.

The first day of your period. Formula three is the one that has saffron in it, which is the one that helps increase your libido. So only in these past few days should I have been able to really feel that increase in libido and I would, I definitely think it's working. So that is really encouraging.

And then other people that I've heard that are on it, they said the second month, it even kicks it up another notch. So it definitely is one that like once you take anything and your body recognizes what you're taking and you get. Regular, but this is not like you do wanna stay on this, you wanna stay on this forever, cuz the way that it makes you feel.

But it's not something that you have to take. Like, you're not gonna see six results in six months. It's not like that. I started taking it day one of my period as supposed to, which oh my gosh, it arrived the day, my first period, my day one. So it was perfect timing. I was like, how did this be timed? So I had cramp.

That evening and then, I mean, it took the pill, so in hours the cramps were away, gone, and then I didn't have any more cramps and my period lasted three days. It was super, super light, like I wore a panty liner. Let's to be real detailed, that's all.  and now I'm in pmms, like this is the week before your period and actually it should be tomorrow.

So I'm in PS and have no p m s symptoms. I literally, usually that irritability is like, I can feel my skin crawl and like I don't wanna be touched. Like, not only is my libido like way down, I don't even wanna be touched, like, just leave me alone and four kids, like they're always trying to touch me anyway, and I don't feel that way at all.

Like, and I don't feel that, just that anxiousness that turns into irritability. I don't have that. As far as I know  now, hopefully my words are . Hopefully he's feeling that in our conversations. But it's also like a the, okay, it's the busiest week of my life. Of the year for my li our Lives, because we have, this is our birthday week.

We have three kids have birthdays in seven. And my mom's coming into town and it's the end of month and we have our big company conference next week. So this is the busiest week every year of our life. But I do not feel stressed out. Like it's even weird to say that. , you're cool as a cucumber. Yeah. I don't even feel stressed out.

And that is not like if, if you saw me last year at this time, . Oh my God. It's really weird. Yeah. Well first of all, thank you for making time to even. Do this episode record with me. Thank you. Maybe I should be thanking this women's health product cuz maybe otherwise you  be like can we not today, tomorrow, next week,

Gosh. So good. So here's what makes this different. These are amazing testimonials that you're hearing. Here's what makes this different is there's no hormones in this hormonal product. We're not, it's not hormone replacement therapy. , which I've looked into in the PA in this last two years after my miscarriage, when I was like, my hormones were out of whack.

I was like, do I need to go to Texas, to this place that mm-hmm.  put hormone beads in my skin, and there's nothing wrong with hormone replacement therapy. I think, again, when you're not making medical claims and everyone is different. But that's why this product is great cuz it does customize to you and your personal cycle and the different parts of your cycle throughout the.

but I'm not saying if you need to go look at hormone replacement therapy, that, that, you know, this is not a magic pill, does it , don't it produce great results? Yes. But just like anything, there may be some additional resources that you need to help your body and that's okay. But this does not have hormones in it, and it does not have soy, which I talked about in one of my last episodes.

My mom got breast cancer, she had to decrease her soy intake. Mm-hmm. . And so I've always done that afterwards. I, I'm not a big person on soy, but also I had a run in with like estrogen and progesterone and all this stuff when I was on birth control. That is a hormone, right? But your body, this is helping your body basically biochemically respond to what your body is already doing and producing the results that way, which is really, really cool.

Mm-hmm.  really, really cool. Mm. I wanna read and to be, go ahead. Oh, sorry. No, go ahead. I was gonna say, and to be a little bit more on the medical side, like your gut is 100% linked to your hormones. And so there has been a movement that I've noticed in the past, I don't even know how many months, maybe even, or maybe it's a few years.

I don't know. I don't even know on socials. To balance your hormones with nutrition, which is great, and people are doing it and people are going that route and having success and getting, having normal periods for once and feeling better as far as their testimony goes. But how hard is it to be like, I'm on day five, what should I be eating today?

Oh yeah, I need to eat carrots and. Like to think through it each time and each day. And then what is, what's, I don't know, it just seems like way too much. And if you look at the ingredients that are in this, these formulas, you can't go to the grocery and buy those. Like it's not Don Q Root, I, I mean, or like all this saffron or macca root.

And there's just different, the exact things that you need at different times and to. Do that yourself and try to treat your body with nutrition and that way yourself is really hard. So this is just intuitive nutrition, but made for you. It's already done. All you do is take a pill and it's just nutrition.

So actually was explaining to someone today, they were calling a supple a supplement, and I'm like, I guess it is a supplement, but that. I almost don't wanna call it that cuz it might have a bad, it sounded like it had a bad connotation in her mind. She's like, I have a cabinet full of supplements. It's not even, it's really nutrition broken down in a pill form to the exact micronutrient that your body needs.

and it's just fascinating because if you were to try and get all the things, it's so much that are in these little tiny pills, you wouldn't be able to do it. So I love treating your hormones and balancing it with nutrition, but this is way easier. , that's most more of the support cuz Yeah. I've been learning too a lot about psycho sinking of like what types of workouts do like when you're mm-hmm.

you are menstruating, you should be doing more lighter like walking. And there are different things like carrots are supposed to help. Mm-hmm.  very much go with that. But that almost is the supportive part because let's not talk about, let's talk about the fact too, or just mention briefly. Not only would you not be able to acquire all of these different ingredients also that would cost a lot of money.

And I don't usually talk about money in regards to products cause I believe you will. You will afford what you value. Yeah. Even when I was on food stamp, I was taking supplementation or I was having gym or, you know, my health was still a priority even when I was strapped for cash. Okay. We did a lot of intermittent fasting during that period, by the way, cuz then I didn't have to eat breakfast  that price.

We just, yeah, that's, have you heard that before? Have people that like, listen, I'm on a budget of an intermittent fast.  No, but we were fasting for spiritual reasons and I was like, wow, that really did cost, like put the grocery bill down. , yes. Yeah. Praise the Lord. Okay. Breakthrough in our budget and in our whatever we're fasted for, right?

This price point is seriously so low, and I don't know what your health insurance is. Everyone's health insurance is different. Some people have to pay astronomical. For, for prescriptions, right? For thyroid medicine. Some people have great, uh, pre, what do they call it? Copays or whatever, but the price point on this product is so low for what people are experiencing.

And, I wanna share too, a testimony from someone on the menopause side because we both have our, although we are not in that stage, have people that we're helping. That are also taking it on the menopause that are experiencing radical, radical results. This gal says Two weeks in on the menopause formula.

What I've noticed most is my attitude is better, much less agitated at the little things in life. Also, my complexion is brighter, my hair even seems less brittle and has a different shine. Absolutely incredible. What it is. So, so similar here, but here's another one. I'm beyond ecstatic with my results on the menopause formula being complete post-menopause.

For over 16 years now, I've found it hard to find anything that helps with lingering sleep issues, low energy and stamina, and especially my ability to lose body fat. Wow. In six weeks I've lost three pounds. Body fat gained two pounds of muscle, which is really hard to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

So that's, And she says, I could hardly believe it. These two little capsules are my hormone's. New best friend, and this is from my friend Michelle. So kind of like Shannon was saying, as we're we're starting to wrap up, the gut health part is gonna help with any type of weight loss plateau when you get your gut health right.

Hormones, if you have a plateau, especially I talk to so many women, perimenopause, menopause, who cannot lose weight and are doing quote unquote, all of the. We'll have you check your hormones, right? This could be potentially the solution for you to help with your weight loss and weight management goals.

Have you seen that? Right? Because you, cuz you're a wellness mentor, you're in this space, you're helping a lot of people with this. That's one of the things, yeah. Benefiting right. Yeah. And I think a lot of people when we're first in opening up this conversation are like, oh, I don't struggle with anything with my hormones.

They don't realize that your gut and your hormones are at the root cause of almost everything. So when especially people that are like, oh, I'm done with that. I don't have my cycle anymore. I already hit menopause. I went through it perfectly. I'm done it. Oh, are you not tired at all? Do you not have any brain fog?

Do you, we're actually in post-menopause until we go, because we will always have hormones. And so it's, it's, you have something that you can balance out with your hormones and we're not gonna be perfectly in balance balanced unless we're giving our body what it needs. And we can't do that through a typical diet.

I have, it is a really a big education piece to just let people know, like, There's something going on in your body that you are trying to put a bandaid on, and we really wanna get to the root cause, which is hormones and gut. I actually,  I would say that all the time, like before this even came out, and just helping people with their weight and helping people with different anti-aging things they want help with, with collagen, it was always, they're so.

Troubled by these symptoms. And I'm like, well, is it hormones? And I always would ask that and never had a solution for it. They would say, it probably is. I'm like, well, sorry about your luck  I couldn't really help them until now, so I'm super excited to help them, but it really is, No in that, in those cases before I would say, let's work on your gut, but now we get to do both, which is super exciting.

And it's just educating people that even if you've hit menopause, you can still feel amazing the rest of your life with collagen and now this menopause formula, you don't have to just be aging and just say, these are just part of aging symptoms and this is how it goes. And I've already hit menopause, so whatever happens, happens, it's.

No, you don't have to even feel like fatigued. You can just we can get you balanced. So yeah, you can feel good. You can feel good. And Shannon and I want you to feel good.
